  • How soon will I receive my order?
    In 1-3 days (if shipping to the UK). We dispatch all orders received before midday on the same day (weekdays only). We send all parcels on an express tracked service with Royal Mail.
  • How do I make a change to my order?
    Please let us know ASAP by replying to your order confirmation email. Please note we dispatch most orders same day so it might not be possible to make changes, but if you let us know within an hour of ordering then we should be able to make any necessary changes.
  • How do I make a return?
    Drop us a message using the contact form above. Please provide your order number (if available). If you are based in the UK and the order was received within the last 30 days then we will arrange a return.
  • Which postal service do you use?
    We use Royal Mail UK services.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are secure and we do not store any payment information.
  • Do you offer free delivery?
    Yes! If your shipping address is in the UK and you spend over £50 then you automatically get free delivery on your order.
  • You are out of stock of an item I would like. When will it be back in stock?
    Our products sell out quickly, but don't worry, we always restock! If you enter your email address on the 'notify me' button on the product page then we will send you an email alert as soon as it is back in stock!

Shipping policy


We aim to despatch all orders placed before 12 pm Monday-Friday that same day.
Orders are collected by either Royal Mail or DPD Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
Pre-orders will have a different delivery schedule as detailed on the product page at the time of ordering and outlined in your order confirmation email. Please get in touch via caandco@hotmail.com if you have any queries.

Refund policy


UK Returns


To start the return process please email caandco@hotmail.com with your order number. Please note that returns from UK addresses incur a shipping and handling cost of £2, which is deducted from your refund. To complete your return, we require an order number or email as proof of purchase. Please ensure you include your order number in your returns parcel. Please note we do not refund original shipping costs.
You have 30 days to return your order under our 30-day return period policy.Just make sure any goods are returned with proof of purchase, in new and unused condition, and with their ribbon and tags, unless faulty. If you are sending/receiving an item as a gift and the product is unused in its original packaging but you are outside of the returns window, just get in touch with us at the email address above.
Please ensure you retain your proof of postage receipt until we have received and checked in your returned items.


Exchanges


As long as the item(s) are returned with proof of purchase, in new and unused condition, and if possible the original packaging, we will be happy to provide an exchange or send you a voucher for the equivalent value.

Processing your Refund


It can take up to 7 days to process your return after your order arrives back with us. We are unable to send you an email once the return has arrived - you will only receive an email when the refund has been processed.
